Vision plays most in the memory's process. The better an image is processed the better it is to recall later. The harder relaxed the eyes are, the greater they can absorb an image. Too much stress and stress on your eye area will be the main causes of most eye problems and ailments.

Your brain and the eyes always work with as a team. Your eyes have to first capture a picture and focus around the shape, size, and shades. The mind must interpret that information which is seen after which store it for recall later.

Images that people see daily take a few moments to interpret remember. New images try taking some bit longer. Greater focused your eye area take presctiption a picture the more strong the memory can become.

When looking at new object, pay attention to the lines around it, the borders, colors, size, shape, and anything else that will make recall easier later. Obviously, the harder relaxed your eyes would be the quicker the mind can process and memorize new objects.

Concentrating too hard or focusing on images that doesn't interest us causes unneeded strain and it will be difficult to consider them later. To be able to maximize the memory, the image must first remain visible in a calm and relaxed manner.

Here's a short exercise to try in order to get your brain and eyes to chill and interact properly.

First look for a comfortable position, this may be sitting in your favorite chair or lying on the floor. Whichever your preference, make sure the spine is straight as well as the hands are relaxed as the trusted companion.

Next, close the eyes and picture the amount 5 because of 0 in your head. Exhaling, really see the 5 in your thoughts. Let the eyes keep to the black lines with the 5 and extremely picture the amount.

Relax and exhale completely allowing all the air out of your lungs prior to deciding to naturally consider the next breath.

Permit the lungs to fill completely with air then picture the amount 4. Again, picture the amount completely while you exhale. Really start to see the lines, the ebony, the shape; don't stop picturing the amount until every one of the air leaves your lungs and subsequently breath comes naturally.

Try this all the way down to 0.

In time you should be able to visualize images within the mind more clearly and feel more stimulating inside the processed.
